Happy New Year has after its six day stint collected 148.36 crores at the domestic box office. The Shah Rukh Khan film which released over the Diwali weekend has made a good business so far. Post six days, the film has come closer to the 150 crore mark.
Happy New Year and Singham Returns’ Posters
Interestingly, Happy New Year has surpassed the lifetime collections of Singham Returns, which had raked in 141 crores. With this, Happy New Year has now become the third highest grosser of 2014. Singham Returns which also had a thunderous start slowed down later in the week, although Happy New Year is expected to keep up its pace.
