Saif Ali Khan was recently caught in a soup after the Government had issued him a letter for revoking the Padma Shri Award conferred on him in 2010 due to the charges against him for assaulting an NRI businessman at a city hotel. When asked about this incident at a recent event, wife Kareena Kapoor Khan cleared the rumors and stated that the Government has taken back this step and has submitted a letter stating that no such step will be taken considering that the case is yet to announce a verdict and is not stripping him off this honor.
