Actress Vidya Balan did not really portray her powerful best in Ghanchakkar, as the film failed to perform as spectacularly as the rest of her recent flicks did. However, the versatile actress is all set to don another great role in Dia Mirza’s Home Production with Sahil Sangha, titled Bobby Jasoos.

It is the first time the actress will seen playing a female detective with a plot claimed to be pretty intriguing. Known to essay a variety of enticing characters, Vidya’s aura has always been of actress who is more content and character based. The film’s script has been penned down by Sanyuktha Chawla and will be directed by Samar Shaikh.
The film is expected to go on floors in Mid-November and can be expected to release in 2014.
