Humshakals the comic caper directed by Sajid Khan released today. The film starring Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor in key roles opened with a below average occupancy for the morning shows. The film witnessed an occupancy of around 30-35 % till morning shows across the country.
Unfortunately, the film has scored low on the critics ratings too. Being compared to Sajid Khan’s last film, Himmatwala, this time too the director seems to have gone wrong.

The morning occupancy for the film remained similar for multiplexes and single screens, though a better response was expected from single screens atleast. The film received maximum responses from the North circuit where the occupancy was highest.
Humshakals is expected to pick up by late evening. Considering it is a solo release, the evening shows are expected to have a decent footfall. The film will be dependent on positive word of mouth to have a good opening collections.
