A film that has taken 2014 by storm with an amazing story-telling is undoubtedly the Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen. However, what surprised us even more, was the film’s trade graphs. The film after completing its five weeks run, crossed the 60 crores mark at the Domestic Box Office.
Queen now stands with a total of 60.15 crores at the domestic box office.

With a stellar performance by Kangana, the film created a solid third position for itself in the Top 10 2014 Grosser’s List. Even though there were expectations of the Sunny Leone starrer, horror erotica Ragini MMS 2 climbing the charts, it could not surpass Queen. The film performed extremely well in metros and kept wooing audiences even in its fifth week.
A closing figure in the 60 crore slot is definitely good for a film like Queen which did not have a big banner or a franchise backing.
