Actor Sanjay Dutt who is serving a six-year jail term for the 1993 Mumbai serial blast case has been on out on parole since December 21. Citing reasons of ill-health of wife Manyata, the actor was granted parole extension till March 21. Although the actor’s parole extensions have now come under the scrutiny of Home Ministry, who are demanding an explanation for these privileges the actor has been enjoying.

The actor has got parole thrice in the past nine months. According to a reputed news source, the Bombay High Court will take up a petition which questions the permit of these parole extensions.
Looks like, holidays are over for Mr. Dutt and he may have to leave some projects incomplete after all!
