While the makers of Ajay Devgn starrer Action Jackson were reported to be ecstatic seeing the response to the First Look of the movie, they are in for a massive trouble now. They have received a 48-hour notice from Warner Bros. for title infringement, apparently on February 4.
As the notice states, Warner Bros. has the copyrights of the title Action Jackson for the sub-continent and have asked the Indian makers to change the title of their movie.

It is to be mentioned that Action Jackson is a Hollywood action thriller that had released in 1988.
Reacting to the notice, producer Tanwani said in media that he has registered the title from all the producers’ association and have got an NOC as well. He will now reply to the notice and will take the decisions after they reply.
However, this is not the first time a Prabhudheva film has faced title infringement notice. His R… Rajkumar had to change its title from Rambo Rajkumar as well for similar reasons which was absolutely not taken well by the dancer-filmmaker.
